Which properties are located together?
We have six properties at our main location at 8 Festing st (The Bungalow, 2 x Double Storey Apartments, 2 x Single Storey Apartments, and The Cottage). Located on Mt Clarence, our 2 x Earl St Apartments share a wall and can be joined using an interconnecting door. At Middleton Beach, our Beachside Apartments are next door to each other. Foreshore 106 and Foreshore 108 are in the same complex near the marina.
What types of accommodation are available at Albany Harbourside?
We offer a range one, two, and three-bedroom self-contained apartments and houses, perfect for families, couples, solo travellers, and groups.
Is your accommodation suitable for families?
Yes, majority of our accommodation options are family-friendly and provide ample space, fully-equipped kitchens, private courtyards and easy access to family activities. We provide cots and high chairs for infants, and the bigger kids can enjoy our communal garden with a swing set (on-site at 8 Festing st).
Do you offer pet-friendly accommodation?
We have limited pet-friendly accommodations available on a case-by-case basis. You will need to contact our team directly to arrange this and an additional fee will be charged.
What do you mean by ‘self-contained’ accommodation?
All of our properties have free WiFi, air conditioning/heating, fully-equipped kitchens, laundry facilities, smart TVs and bluetooth speaker systems. Please refer to individual property pages for detailed list of amenities.
Is there parking available on-site?
Yes, we offer free off-street parking for all guests at our accommodation properties.
How far is Albany Harbourside from the main attractions?
All of our properties are centrally located, within walking distance or a short drive to popular attractions such as Middleton Beach, the National Anzac Centre and local shops and cafes. Please refer to each property’s individual page for exact location.
Do you provide free Wi-Fi?
Yes, free Wi-Fi is available in all our apartments and houses.
What is the check-in and check-out time?
Check-in is from 2:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request.
How do I make a booking?
You can book direct by selecting your preferred dates and accommodation option. Alternatively, feel free to contact us by phone or email to assist with your booking.
What is your payment policy?
A deposit of 50% of total tariff is processed at time of booking*, with the outstanding balance processed during your stay. Payment is to be made by credit card (Visa or Mastercard). Amex and Diners Club payments are subject to 2% surcharge.
*If your booking is for a one night stay, the full tariff will be processed at the time of booking.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you cancel with more than 14 days notice we will refund your deposit less $50.00. If you cancel within 14 days of your stay the deposit is withheld and no refund will be given.
Is linen and towels provided?
Yes, all our accommodations come with fresh linen and towels for your convenience.
Do you offer long-term stays or extended bookings?
Yes, we welcome guests for extended stays. Please contact us to discuss special rates for corporates and availability for long-term bookings.
Is there a minimum stay requirement?
The minimum stay varies depending on the season and type of accommodation. Typically, we require a 2-night minimum stay, but please check specific conditions when booking.
Are your properties accessible for people with disabilities?
Some of our properties are more accessible than others. Please call us to discuss your specific accessibility needs, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Do you offer special deals or promotions?
Yes, we offer seasonal promotions and special deals for longer stays. Follow us on social media to stay updated or contact us to learn about current offers.
Is your accommodation baby-friendly?
Absolutely! Travel cots and bedding is available to guests for a $30 fee, and we provide high chairs and stair guards free of charge.
What is the best way to get to Albany Harbourside from the airport?
Albany Regional Airport is about a 15-minute drive from our accommodation. You can rent a car or take a taxi.
Are there laundry facilities available?
Yes, all of our apartments and houses come equipped with laundry facilities, including a washer, dryer, and ironing equipment.
Is there daily housekeeping?
No. We provide a mid-stay clean for guests staying longer than 7 days. Additional housekeeping services may be available upon request for an extra fee.
What should I do if I need to make changes to my booking?
If you need to make any changes to your booking, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will assist you based on availability.
